Surround yourself in loving community and holiday cheer by joining our annual Holiday Gathering!

Yin and Reiki

Start the New Year with a night of Yin Yoga and Reiki. Using hands on or hands off healing, come replenish your deep connective tissues, re- discover your breath, and reset in this new monthly offering.

Winter Wellness Series

Start the new year with a gentle movement series designed to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more at ease this winter. Taught by Katie Bunch, each week will build on the previous session, giving you a strong start to your wellness in 2026.

Week 1: Reconnect & Release : Focus on breathwork, posture, and gentle muscle activation to ease tension and reawaken your body after the holidays.

Week 2: Mobility & Flexibility: Direct the breathwork from week 1 into slow, controlled, and low impact movements aimed at improving joint mobility and range of motion. 

Week 3: Strength & Support: Bring it all together with functional strength and stability moves using light weights or resistance bands.

Yoga Foundations

New to yoga or wanting to build your practise?

Join Lena in the New Year for our Yoga Foundations series. We will gently explore foundational postures, breathing techniques, and yoga principles to build balance and strength. Enjoy a welcoming, nurturing space perfect for newcomers or more experienced yogis.
