Refund/Cancellation Policy for weekly classes

If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel your reservation at least 2 hours prior to the beginning of class. If you miss the cancellation window,, no refund will be given. You may cancel your class by logging back into the registration page and choosing cancel. If you are unable to cancel online, you may email us at villageyogagorham@gmail.com.

Refund/Cancellation Policy for Workshops and Special Events

If you are unable to attend a workshop that you have paid and registered for, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the workshop. If you cancel after the 24 hour deadline, no refund will be issued. For workshops cancelled by the studio due to low enrollment or teacher illness, a full refund will be issued.

So you love coming to the studio but maybe only once a week or just have alot on your plate right now. The 10 class pass may be the perfect option for you. Drop into the studio for any weekly class and commit to your practice as often as you can.

Class passes are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable. In the event of a medical issue, exceptions can be made to extend the expiration date.
