We encourage signups for classes in advance if possible but do welcome drop-ins.

Morning Yoga Flow

Start your day with a 60 minute morning flow of standing and seated postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation. Drawing inspiration from the natural world, we will connect with our bodies and the changes around us. This all levels flow, set to a lively playlist, has creative sequencing and is infused with poetry and inspiring quotes. Modifications will be offered to accommodate all levels.

Intermediate Vinyasa

Start your day with an energizing flow designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus. This intermediate level class offers dynamic sequences, creative transitions, and mindful breathwork. You’ll be guided through a steady-paced practise that challenges the body and centers the mind - perfect for those looking to deepen their practice. Modifications are offered to optimize your individual practice.

Power Vinyasa Flow

This 60 minute vinyasa flow will connect your breath and movement together while building your strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Through focusing on the breath and movement of your body, you will find that your mind begins to ease. The class will include sweaty flows, repetitive movements, and moments of relaxation.

Modifications and props will be available to make this class accessible to all levels!

Awakening in Person Flow/ Virtual Flow

 Start your weekend off with an hour of mindful movement in person or join virtually from home. Students of all levels and abilities can experience energizing movements, breath work, meditation, and insightful readings to awaken and inspire you as you start your day.

Community Yoga: Mediation and Movement

Please join us for a vinyasa flow for all movement levels that will begin and end with short guided meditations.  We will focus on balance, core strength and postures, quieting the mind while building energy in the body. Expect themes surrounding all 8 limbs of yoga, chakras, and more. Come as you are and leave it all on the mat in this informal, welcoming environment. Payment is pay what you can. Suggested donation $8. Pay via cash, venmo, or bank card.

Restorative Yoga

Experience the gentle, supportive, and therapeutic benefits of this one hour Restorative Yoga class. Students will dive into relaxation starting with calm and focused breathing followed by a few brief seated stretches. Jess will then guide students into 3-4 restorative poses by breaking down the use of various yoga props including bolsters, blankets, blocks, and eye pillows. All poses will be held on the floor in stillness where students will be led through calming breathwork followed by silence and time for meditation in the poses. All ages, levels, and abilities are invited to rest, digest, and relax.

Yin Yoga

In Yin Yoga we hold poses for long periods of time (3-8 minutes) often with the use or support of props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, etc.). By holding these shapes for longer stretches of time, we can open up space in our bodies, our breath, and our minds.  In this space, we encounter ourselves and maybe begin to ask questions.  Between each pose and throughout class, there will be moments for students to move meditatively and intuitively.  Modifications are offered for each pose making this practice accessible to all levels.

Yoga and Weights

Yoga and Weights blends all of your favorite and familiar yoga poses with light weights, straps, repetition,  and a lively playlist.    Classes will include seated, standing,  and reclining poses and end in relaxation.  Modifications will be offered for all fitness levels.   Light weights will be provided or students may bring their own.    

Yoga Barre Fusion

60 minutes of intentional guided movement combining slow flow yoga and barre. This class will focus on flow, being presence and muscle strengthening using low (or no) weight and repetition. Class will be paced steady and slow with focus on alignment to build strength and connection between body and mind! There will be plenty of space to modify, time to warm up, and time to rest.

Strengthen and Sculpt

A dynamic, Pilates-inspired class designed to sculpt lean muscle and build total body strength and stability. Combining bodyweight training, light dumbbells, and resistance bands, this class delivers low-impact movement that challenges muscle control, strength, and coordination. Expect to feel the burn! Modifications are provided to accommodate all levels.

Barre Class

Barre class is a low impact practice using small targeted movements to encourage strength and flexibility.  This class will work on building body awareness and control, particularly through core engagement and balance. Using upbeat music to motivate students, we use weights, exercise balls and bands to lift, tone, and strengthen the entire body. Adaptations are included throughout, allowing students to work at their own level.
