Vinyasa

Connect to your body in this 60 minute flow class linking breath and movement. Each session will include standing and seated postures, pranayama, meditation, relaxation, and inspiration from the world around us. Options and modifications will be offered for all levels through this lively moving meditation.

Morning Yoga Flow

Start your day with a 60 minute morning flow of standing and seated postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation. Drawing inspiration from the natural world, we will connect with our bodies and the changes around us. Modifications will be offered to accommodate all levels.

Vin/Yin Yoga

Vin + Yin blends the yang elements of an active vinyasa practice with the soothing restorative benefits of Yin yoga.  Move through a creative active flow of standing postures to engage and strengthen the muscles before easing into passive seated and supine postures to build connective tissue and reset the mind and body.

Slow Flow Yoga with Props

Are you new to yoga?  Have you been on the mat for years? Either way, this one of a kind class offers a special opportunity to explore the use of props to complement and deepen your yoga practice. Students can expect slow, gentle movements blended with longer held stretches that incorporate various props to support your body. Learn how to customize your practice to fit your body’s needs and try something new using bolsters, straps, blankets, yoga blocks and chairs.  All props will be provided for you. 

Yoga Foundations

Yoga Foundations with Brianna is a gentle yoga flow for students of all levels that focuses on foundational yoga poses, breathing techniques, and alignment principles essential for building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness on the mat. The class blends a standing flow sequence as well as seated positions where you'll learn how to cultivate awareness of your body and breath. Modifications and alternative poses will be introduced so students can explore what works for their unique body.

Rise and Shine (Virtual)

 Start your weekend off with an hour of mindful movement from the comfort of your own home. Students of all levels and abilities can experience energizing movements, breathwork, meditation, and insightful readings to awaken and inspire you as you start your day.

Gentle Flow (Virtual)

This gentle, supportive, slower-paced class is open to All Levels. Students will spend time settling into the poses and learning (or relearning!) the basics while resting with breathing and meditation. Students leave this class rejuvenated, supported and ready to face the upcoming day. Perfect for all levels, from beginning students to those who need to balance a more vigorous physical activity with a gentle yoga practice.

Candlelit Restorative Workshop

Indulge in this 75 minute workshop dedicated to self-care. The entire class is spent on the floor holding poses anywhere from 5-10 minutes each. Students are guided on how to incorporate yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters to provide support and encourage the release of stress. The goal of Restorative Yoga is to promote healing in the body by relaxing the nervous system and slowly releasing tension without force. Props are provided in addition to a calming ambience of indoor-safe candles. Pre-registration is required.

Yin Yoga Workshop

Yin is a passive but impactful all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues of the body incorporating long holds and deep breaths. Students will hold specific postures for 3-5 minutes, using the breath to ease the body further into the pose. Yin is a meditative practice that is the perfect compliment to yang (or flow) practice.
